It's called bleddy staples, not bullets.

I was once again irritated by an awkward "Aiyah, no more stapler bullets, pass me the stapler bullets leh" today.

I still cannot comprehend some people's fascination of turning the stationery into a firearm. Hello? They're called staples, for goodness sake. Since when did "stapler bullets" come about? It neither looks, feels, weigh, smell like the real thing.

"No what.. It's called stapler bullets.. what." came the defence when I corrected him. The few people around him nodded in agreement, wondering whats wrong with my Engrish. For the next 5 minutes, I tried -in vain- to find supporters to be on my side.

There's a saying that if you can't beat them, join them. Shoot me with some stapler bullets please.
