aRgh! Am i dying of Chronic Sinusitis?!

Got abit fed up with the useless MOs at the medical centre. Its for my blocked nose that never seems to "unblock". The first one I saw was before my hk trip well over a couple of months ago. He took a look and said that it was just an allergy, nothing much. Then he prescribed some nasal sparay and some pills for runny nose. The pills were erm...sad to say, useless. And the pathetic nasal spray he gave me looked like a bottle of eye drops. I had quite some trouble using the damn spray. It doesn't come out in a mist as I have assumed from the word "spray". The thing jets out like a fountain. You squeeze it too lightly and all you get is a gentle tickle of air along your nostrils. The pressures got to be JUST right. Press slightly too hard and you've got nasal spray overflowing out of your nose.

The second MO i saw was worse. I was kinda skeptical about the way he treated my case. Said it was pretty serious and refered me to a ENT specialist. The thing is he didn't even look at my nose.. Hey, he's good. Must have been like those dogs whom people claim can detect cancer cells by just sniffing at a person. Anyway, what he wrote in the referral letter made me jump slightly. An excerpt.

"Dear doctor,

Thank you for seeing the above mentioned. He is currently suffering from chronic sinusitis. Suffering from these symptoms ..blah blah blah.. Kindly treat and advise."

The word "chronic" gave me an impression that I'm going to die some horrible death. For a while I imagined myself nose bleeding to death of chronic sinusitis. I was not too bothered by that though. Was more concerned to get some free medical treatment before my ORD.
