Don't you just love freedom? Not if you don't have a job..

I dyed my hair today (sorry guowei din wait for you)

Not contented with just collecting my pink IC - the root source of my whining for the past 2 years or so, I've decided to move on with my second symoblic act of freedom. So yeah, my hair is dark brown now. I am still the conservative traditionalist who can only accept so much as dark brown in terms of hair colour. I am just not the ash white (omg, guowei you never fail to amaze me..) or outlandish red kinda guy.

But unlike Mr naruto morris who spent over a hundred bucks in an, i quote, "moment of folly" just to regret over it, I am actually quite satisfied with the current condition of my hair - more satisfaction in half the price hah.

One thing I'm more worried about is my inability to find a long term temp job (sounds contradicting, but you know what i mean). Probably took it too easy for the past two weeks, and was too naive to think I've landed (or almost surely landed) when they call you up for the interview. Urgh dead wrong. So now, edmunds has got his, wsk and cunning have got theirs, almost everyone has got something of some sort except me, and I don't want to hear this anymore. It is not only that they are getting the income but im not. It also means that they are busy and i am not. Which ultimately means that I will have an even harder time trying to jio pple out to alleviate my sufferings from boredom.

This cannot go on. From now on, I shall

1. Not play hard to get

2. Accept any offers with $6/h and above (down from $6.50)

3. Pay more attention to classified ads (instead of just online jobsites)

4. Accept any offers that requires me to work up till central-west area (from east and central only)

5. Drop direct emails, instead of clicking "quick apply" to prospective employers

6. Be more open to customer service jobs

7. Bugger those agencies I've signed up for, at least once a week

What to do? No lobang 就是这样. And im thinking of the idea of working in hong kong once again. Holiday cum work. How cool. But if i can't even get a job here, it's probably not wise to assume i can get one easily there without connections. So I've decided to add a point 8.

8. Ask around my hk relatives for job lobangs over there.

Sigh. This is not looking good. Not good at all.
