I shall not be accused of being bored and flooding other people's tagboard again. Sorry it just happened to be (one of) the hour(s) when i am out of my mind everyday. Now im back to my normal, sensible and rational self. So chill.

I don't know why i give the impression to others that I know hong kong very well. No I don't. I probably have heard of a few more places in hong kong than you have and can take the MTR with relative ease. But no, I really don't know any better than you do where to get cheap hiphop clothes, or famous roast geese, or what bus goes to ocean park. I am not even confident of taking the mini bus there cos I don't know where the stops are. If you really wanna know, buy a travel guide. They did their homework. I didn't.

If your next question happens to be "why? i thot you hongkie?" Kindly continue staring at your monitor patiently while I rush down to deliver a kungfu monkey dragon crossover karate spiral kick to your groin.

First, though i am not one, the polite term is "hongkong-er". Second, I am a Singaporean by birth, i cannot emphasize more so. I spent my childhood years in hk cos my dad's a hongkonger. thats why. Third, I came back here when i was still a 11 yr old kiddo. I didn't have the guts to wander around the unexplored parts of hk out of my neighbourhood fearing i may get hacked up by loan sharks or get involved in multi car explosions, like they showed in the movies. So for the umpteenth time, I don't know how to many clubs are there in Lan Kwai Fong. sorry

Hence, now's time to make up for it. I'm gonna to make a list of places that I need to really explore (and know how to get there), instead of doing a shopping list like the rest. Being the fickle minded me, my everchanging wishlist list will no longer be accurate by july. I will get to that prob in a month's time. On the other hand, landmarks won't change as often.

  1. APM - there had been so much hype about this new mall. must see.
  2. Cheung Chau - to see if there are any buns left from 搶包山recently
  3. LKF/ Soho. I am really ashamed not to have been there, at night. Getting ready to be yuppie.
  4. Lei Yue Mun - to eat seafood, if i have the spare cash.
  5. Mongkok - and really explore it. Experience the exhaust, toxic fumes and the dust.
  6. Sham Shui Po - see if there are new electronic gizmos, or perhaps 3G phones.
  7. The remnants of the wishing tree in Tai Po - save the tree!
  8. Yaumatei and temple street - same as mongkok.
  9. Beaches like Repulse Bay if I have the time.

Thats all for now.
