- The Doomsday clock has to be reset every 108 minutes, if you add together the numbers, 4,8,15,16,23,42 you get a total of 108.
- Desmond’s (the guy who was initially in the hatch in the first epi of season 2) injection drug vials have no actual drug name on the labels; they are only identified by the numbers: CR 4-81516-23 42. Recognize them? also, "CR 4-81516-23 42" appears on the vials of yellow vaccine that Ethan injects Claire with - the cursed numbers.
- Kate is yet another character with murder in their hearts. Survivors who have killed include: Sawyer, Ana-Lucia, Sayid. On the island, Shannon was prepared to kill Locke for causing Boone's death, and both Charlie and Eko killed Others. Michael also killed a shark. Jack also euthanized Agent Mars after Sawyer failed to do so by shooting the dying marshall in the heart
- Another theory on the timer's symbols is not only are they hieroglyphics, they are symbols for the different DHARMA stations on the island. Two stations we know of are on the timer, one is the swan (the bird), and one is the arrow (which is the pointy symbol). This might just be where the DHARMA members got the station names, but we can assume that once all the symbols showed something would happen to all of the stations.
- In the episode "Two for the road" a commercial for the "Hanso Foundation" was broadcast sandwiched between other real world commercials. The "Hanso Foundation" is the fictitional organization running the mystical experiments on the island.
- Vincent the dog was with Walt and then Shannon took care of it, then it follow Ana Lucia and then Sawyer. 3 of it past "owner" has have misfortune falls upon them, is Sawyer next?
- In the episode "?", the man in the orientation video from 'the pearl' tells us the people in the other stations believe what they are doing is of the upmost importance. In the orientation video for 'the swan' he tells us that pressing the button is of the upmost importance. This implies that the button does nothing.
- Dharma Initiative Film Guy was known as Dr. Candle in the Swan Station 3 film, but in the Pearl Station 5 film, he's known as Dr. Mark Wendhall. In the Pearl Station 5 film Dr. Wendhall has two arms, while in the Swan Station 3 film he only appears to have one. You can assume the station 5 film was made before the Swan one, since the copyright was a year earlier. The Dr. looks younger in the Pearl one and has more dark hair, this also shows it was before. The "incident" reffered to in the swan video might have caused his arm loss. His name is actually 'Wickman' not Wendhall.
- It is finally confirmed that Flight 815 did in fact crash on September 22 2004. There were speculations beforehand that it may have been a different date between fans, which was the day the "Pilot" episode aired. Also, it has been 65 days since the plane crashed, which would make the date of this episode set on November 25 2004, Thanksgiving.
- The number that appears on the computer screen at the end of the finale episode is 7418880. 4 x 8 x 15 x 16 x 23 x 42 = 7418880
Ok, now im really lost.
